How can you go wrong with a realtor named CASH? 💰 Great guy easy to get a long with. Cash put in a lot of extra effort and time without me asking. He just gets it. Extra photos, video tour, social media and excellent communication with buyers agents to get you the highest price if selling. We ended up selling for over list price and there wasn’t even multiple offers. When was the last time you received over list price in a difficult market and not many offers?
