Cash Mccallum is awesome person who is very professional and responsive. With the help of Cash, we visited several wonderful houses. He always explained me the positive and negative sides of each house, which helped me to take proper decisions in buying new house. Finally, we found our desirable house in Santa Clarita. After consulting with Cash about the trend of market, we did a good offer and we received counter offer. Wife of seller signed but husband did not sign the acceptance of our counter offer. Owner changed his mind and decided not to sell his house. After six months, seller decided to sell his house again. We bought the house after doing a lot of negotiation. He came through with flying colors and sold my house the first weekend it went on the marker with 8 offers to choose from!
